Custom JS tracer for DELEGATECALL coverage

Planned

Some proxy contracts do not appear in pev because prestateTracer drops DELEGATECALL targets. A custom JS tracer would catch them.

Per-contract aggregate view (all-time stats)

Planned

Currently /contract uses windowed live queries. Add precomputed aggregates so all-time stats load instantly for any contract.

pev currently indexes from April 25 forward. Backfill so older blocks and contracts also show up.

Shipped

Network-wide analytics and per-contract presence lookups now load in under a second via systemd-refreshed caches.
